One on one gym training covers a wide range of fitness and functional strength activities. Some of our clients prefer to focus on traditional boxing circuits while others prefer to use weightlifting or more conventional gym training approach to achieve their fitness related goals. We will evaluate your current fitness level, identify the most suitable training method and build around that. Your age, gender or current fitness level isn’t a limiting factor. Our experienced coaches will tailor the program in order to reach your maximum potential. It has been proven that regular boxing training is one of the best ways to obtain good levels of general fitness.
A regular training session consists of 10 minutes of warm-up, skipping and stretching followed by light pad work, circuit training, bodyweight exercises and eventually bag work for that essential cardio boost.
Small changes are constantly implemented in order to maintain fun and novelty, i.e. kettlebell, medicine ball, etc.
