Kettlebell is an ancient training tool which was even used to help to improve the strength and conditioning of the Russian army soldiers and has been rediscovered in the last couple decades and actively used in physical training practice all around the world – starting with regular people who want to improve their health and body image in an effective and safe way and ending with preparing high level athletes like professional boxers, motocross racers, mountain climbers, track and field athletes, military personnel etc.
Because of its nature kettlebell training doesn’t put unnecessary stress on joints. It offers a safe way of training and at the same time provides enough resistance to effectively build muscle mass, improve strength and endurance.
Box Fitness is offering one on one and small group kettlebell training. The workout includes 20 min warm-up followed by a wide variety full-body kettlebell exercises. Training can be adapted to suit each individual’s needs and physical abilities.
