At BoxFitness gym we provide a wide range of professional fitness equipment. It doesn’t matter if you want to improve your boxing skills, have a quick cardio session on one of our spin bikes or do anything else – we have it all.

On the right side of the gym you will find a spacious area suitable for skipping, core muscle training or any other activity that requires a bit more space. There are large mirrors on the walls, so you can easily make sure that you are using correct exercise technique. Just on the opposite side of the gym you will find a set off spin bikes which can be used for warm-up, cool-down or simply as a great tool for cardio training.

The centrepiece of the BoxFitness gym is a boxing ring. This ring is usually used for one on one skill training with personal trainer or for some light sparring with your training partner. On the right side of the ring you will find different cardio and strength training machines including steppers, treadmills and a rowing machine.

Box fitness has all the types of boxing bags you can imagine, heavy bag, speed bag, etc. There’s enough space for a fun group training session with your friends. If you rather prefer lifting weights we offer you our versatile power lifting/Olympic lifting rack which can be used for different variations of bench presses, deadlifts and squats.

We are all about functional fitness and practical strength training so our equipment range includes free weights. We offer a full range of dumbbells and kettlebells as well as a sandbag and Indian clubbells. Of course we haven’t forgotten about bodyweight training enthusiasts, we have a pull up bar and gymnastic rings that will fit your needs perfectly.

We also have a squat machine and a multifunctional exercise unit which can be used to train different muscle groups, upper back, biceps, lower back etc. Even our toughest fitness practitioners will get challenged by unusual training equipment like the sandbag or sledgehammer.
